ZOOD Real Estate launched Élevée, an eight‑tower mixed‑use community in Riyadh’s Al‑Nakheel district, on Monday evening, with an investment value of more than SAR 2.5 billion, according to the company.
The project was designed by the Spanish architecture firm Elia and developed in strategic partnership with Jadwa Investment, and ZOOD Real Estate said it is due for completion at the end of 2029.
The launch was marked by a ceremony at Hittin Palace in Al‑Nakheel attended by leading figures from the business and real estate sectors, as reported by the company.
Project Vision and Leadership
Eng. Yasser Al‑Qazlan, Chief Executive Officer of ZOOD Real Estate, said the company aims to create places where people feel at home, respecting privacy and providing comfort and belonging while blending Saudi identity with contemporary architecture, adding that “that, to us, is what quality of life really means.”
He described Élevée as “the first clear expression of that philosophy” through an integrated urban community that combines homes, hospitality, offices, retail and green space into a connected experience designed as a complete way of life rather than a conventional real estate project.
Al‑Qazlan thanked the strategic partner Jadwa Investment and Elia for giving the project its setting‑specific character.
Project Components
ZOOD Real Estate said the eight towers consist of three residential towers, two hospitality towers housing a hotel and hotel apartments, and three office towers.
Shops occupy two further standalone buildings, and open space and landscaping cover more than 40 per cent of the project, laid out as a central park, planted areas between the buildings, a rooftop garden and wide walkways.
Amenities in the buildings include a nursery, a children’s club, a business lounge, swimming pools, cafés, restaurants, a gym, a civil defence centre, and 24‑hour reception and security, varying from one building to another, according to the company.
Location and Connectivity
The Northern Ring Road connects Élevée to the King Abdullah Financial District and King Khalid International Airport, and the surrounding part of Al‑Nakheel already contains homes, offices, services and schools, ZOOD Real Estate noted.
Future Outlook
Al‑Qazlan said Élevée is “for us, the beginning of a wider journey” and expressed the ambition for ZOOD to leave its mark on the place, create projects that preserve Saudi identity, keep pace with people’s aspirations and build lasting value.
